$Why I Decided Not to Adopt Skills: The Courage Not to Jump

//I evaluated Claude Code's Skills and Subagent features but ultimately decided against both. 'Looks convenient' and 'can actually use it' are different. I learned not to underestimate current designs and that sometimes courage not to jump is necessary.
